We have a team of dedicated customer service staff and villa manager to provide assistant to you during your stay.
Check-In Procces
We have a team waiting to provide services to you when you check-in. They will assist you when you arrive with personal advice on the local area, and assist in booking tours, renting a car, where to eat/visit, as well as organise private chef services and private driver.
What happens when we book?
After you book please enter your credit details in the payment gateway provide by a secure third party payments system. We would than contact you via email to confirm your booking and assist you in terms of airport transfer, booking a car, booking tours and help you plan your trip here.
Reserving services such as tour reservations, breakfast and private chef etc. can also be handled here during your stay.

Are you worried about villa cleanliness?
We provide daily cleaning services during your stay.
What amenities do we provide?
Your villa has a fully equipped open plan kitchen including wine glasses. In the rooms we provide both beach and bath towels along with slippers and luxury toilet amenities.
I have to work do you have stable wifi?
The villa has a private lease line to support all 10 villas so that the internet is fast and stable during your stay.
You have 10 villas, what about the view?
The villas are built on a hill and designed to provide each villa which unobstructed sea views flowing on from the swimming pool.
Is your villa secure?
CCTV cameras are throughout the complex and during the nighttime we have an on-site security guard, and during the day our team are working from 9:00am to 9pm.
Breakfast
We offer a varied selection of breakfasts to suit all palates such as;
American, Chinese, Vegetarian...
Pre-order the day before, and we serve your Bento Box breakfast to you fresh in the morning.
